Arrival & Departure
Accommodation at Lakeview Resort is available from 1.00pm on the day of arrival. Accommodation must be vacated on the day of departure by no later than 10:00 am unless otherwise agreed. Late departures can be arranged, charges will apply.
Guarantee Policy
Your reservation is guaranteed upon payment of a deposit within 7 days of reservation confirmation or 2 days prior to arrival (whichever comes sooner) or by submitting your credit card details as a guarantee of arrival. Please note, you must use a credit card to guarantee an online booking.
Your guaranteed reservation is held for your scheduled day of arrival. If your plans change, please ensure your booking is cancelled or amended in accordance with the cancellation policy set out below to avoid cancellation fees.
Cancellation Policy
Lakeview Resort may charge a cancellation fee to your credit card or retain all or part of any deposit paid if notice of cancellation is not received prior to 4.00pm the day prior to your scheduled arrival. When booking via Lakeview Resort Reservations (online, email or phone reservations) you will be given a confirmation number. This number should be quoted if you need to cancel, change or reconfirm your reservation.
